In a single design/build/renovation project, while on the design team of HTB Inc, blended the old and new of a three-story, 29,751 square foot new building wrapped around a magnificent existing, three-story, 20,000 square foot historic 1907 church building. This headquarters building included architectural and engineering private and open offices as well supporting conference and printing rooms with a glass atrium connecting the two buildings.
